Cancellation Policy

NEURRON Booking Policy Welcome to NEURRON, where we are committed to leveraging the power of neuroscience through our coaching services to help you achieve your full potential. In order to provide a seamless experience to all our clients and maintain a high standard of service, please find below our comprehensive booking policy: Appointment Booking Binding Agreement: Booking an appointment with NEURRON constitutes a binding agreement, signifying your commitment to attend the scheduled neurocoaching session. It also confirms our commitment to prepare and provide you with a personalized coaching experience tailored to your goals. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online payment platform. This upfront payment confirms your slot and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your session. By finalizing your booking, you agree to our terms of service and acknowledge the binding nature of the appointment. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation Notice: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and potentially offer your slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the preparation involved and the difficulty in filling the slot on short notice. Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your appointment directly through our online booking system or by sending an email to our support team. Please ensure that your cancellation is confirmed by our system or acknowledged by our team to avoid any misunderstandings. Emergency Situations: While our cancellation policy is strict, we also understand that life can present unforeseen challenges. In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a reasonable solution. Rescheduling For clients wishing to reschedule their appointment, this can be done without any additional charge, provided that the notification is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
